John started the business in 2016. He has focused on growing a reliable engineering service for multiple clients. HGE Field Engineering supply a complete package from pre-construction to design then delivery and hand over.  John has grown the team over the years with skilled, hardworking & likeminded people. John holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University.

Away from work John spends his time in Kent with his wife Emily and 3 sons Henry, George & Edward.

Emily is John’s wife and started the company with him back in 2016. She carries out document control and is responsible for payroll. She also manages business enquiries and can be contacted via the businesses admin email address.
Emily also has an MSc in Forensic Psychology, an area she worked in before taking a career break to bring up her and John’s three sons. Emily spends her spare time at the home she shares with John and the boys going on adventures.

Sarmed began his career in Civil Engineering back in 2008. He has an MSc in Construction Management, and has worked on overseas jobs as a Site Engineer handling technical, commercial and design needs. Sarmed is also an active member of the ICE.
He joined HGE Field Engineering in 2022 to support the team and help expand services both within the UK and overseas.
Outside of work Sarmed enjoys socializing with friends and traveling around the world.

Ali joined HGE Field Engineering in 2020, with over 9 years of facilities and engineering management experience he has played a role in enhancing quality procedures and health and safety. Since joining the company he has secured more clients and is passionate about expanding the business further.

Recently Ali started a Master’s Degree in Project Management for Construction that he studies for in his own time as part of both his professional and personal development which he aims to complete by Summer 2023.

Matt started out as a site engineer in 2001 and over the past 20+ years has worked on some of the largest projects in the UK.  With a Civil Engineering degree from Nottingham Trent University, Matt brings knowledge as well as experience to the team.

Matt has 3 sons, so often spends his time outside of work supporting his boys in youth team football matches.

Andrei is the newest member of the team at HGE Field Engineering. He joined in late 2021 looking to improve his knowledge and skill set with a keen interest in learning to use new software and equipment. Andrei is recently married and enjoys travelling and spending time with friends.
